How Inquiry and Free Trial Application Information Is Used
This notice applies to the SVS inquiry form and the free trial application form.
Information Collected
The inquiry form collects the name, contact phone number, optional email, candidate models, and inquiry details you provide. The free trial application also collects an optional WeChat ID, province/city, convenient contact time, trial model, and optional notes. The webpage does not collect deposit payment details, bank card information, or complete shipping addresses; subsequent shipping information will be confirmed with you separately by customer service.
Purpose and Receiving Methods
This information is used by SVS to respond to inquiries regarding paddle selection, purchases, or after-sales service, or to confirm free trial models, deposits, and shipping arrangements; it is not used for marketing subscriptions. You must actively check the consent box before submitting, and the option is unchecked by default.
Form Service
Inquiry and free trial applications use Formspree (USA) to receive and transmit information, involving cross-border transmission and temporary storage. The form provides a separate consent option for this purpose. If you do not wish to use this service, you may instead contact us via the SVS Tmall Official Flagship Store or WeCom.
Inquiry, Correction, or Deletion
To inquire about, correct, or request the deletion of your inquiry or trial application information, please contact us via the SVS Tmall Official Flagship Store or WeCom, and provide the contact information used upon submission for verification. SVS follow-up records and Formspree server-side records must be verified and processed separately.
